1. The Service
ISL is a decision-support software tool for professional micropigmentation artists. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis and does not replace medical consultation or the artist’s professional judgement.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age 18;
- Licensed PMU artist, or otherwise legally entitled in the applicable jurisdiction;
- Acceptance of the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the DPA at onboarding.
3. Artist responsibility
I confirm that I make all final professional decisions regarding the micropigmentation service and that I hold the necessary legal basis for the data entered.
The artist warrants the legal basis and the clients’ consents for the data entered, and complies with the sanitary and professional obligations applicable to their activity.
4. Limitations
ISL is not a medical device, does not perform diagnoses and does not guarantee results. Generated suggestions may contain errors.
5. Acceptable use
Do not enter data without consent, do not attempt unauthorised access, do not copy or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Data and privacy
See the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
7. Governing law
The Terms are governed by the law of Romania. Disputes: the competent courts of Romania.
